This is going to sound kinda stupid.
But have you tried dry gas?
A lot of times when you get moisture in the gas it does what yours is doing.
I know you replaced the pump but did you take out the old gas?
First thing to check has the alternator drive belt broken (fan Belt). If the belt is OK, then the alternator has a fault, generally it is not charging and the battery will go flat. Connect a volt meter across the battery, run engine, you should have a reading of 13.5 volts at 2000 rpm, lower than 12,8 volts and that's the fault.
The problem with your wipers and brake lights sounds like blown fuses, the battery light indicates low or no charge and will need to be tested for output and that should be 14 volts, if the alternator output voltage is correct there may be a diode s in the alternator that needs to be replaced or replace with a rebuilt alternator.
There usually isn't one, you have to pull the plug to check the oil, If the tranny has 2 plugs, one is for level and the other for fill, If you suspect it to be low, pull the bottom plug on the right side of the tranny, if oil seep out , it is full, if not, pull the top plug and fill it with 90 weight gear oil, till it seeps out the bottom hole. Then plug them back up. Most manual transmissions go a lifetime and never get checked, or changed. Hope this helps.
GET A DIGITAL VOLT METER CHECK BATTERY VOLTAGE IT SHOULD BE 13.5 VOLTS TO 14.5 VOLTS WITH ENGINE RUNNING.IF NOT.ALTERNATOR FAULTY.LOOK FOR A BLOWN ALTERNATOR FUSE.AND CHECK FOR DAMAGE ALTERNATOR WIRES.
Take a voltmeter.
remove the connection pin of alternator and check the voltage while engine runs. If in idle running its below 12 volts then there is a short circuit within alternator coil. Replace your alternator.
May be my suggestion can help you.
