My question is , i have 4 Argus LCM PLUS PATIENT MO NITER AND THE PROBLEM IS DOESN'T WORK IN ALTERNATIVE VOLTAGE,IT IS ONLY WORK BY BATTERY after a weak the battery is low in the display.. PLEAS ADVICE...

There are two supply systems are in your machines. One is for charging the battery, and other is for bypass AC power converted to Dc ; when AC power is present. That is when AC power is present, your machine will work on that power, and charge the battery simoultaneously. When AC power is inturupted, it will automaticaly change over to battery power. But the power consumtion of your machine is high. Therefore battery power will get downed soon. Battery is placed inside the machne only for urgent power faulure use. Not for continous use. Both the power supplies are SMPS [Switched Mode Power Supply] types. We can't prophet the reason for its failure. We are repairing such machens here. Now your machines battery charging circuit is ok. AC power bypass is faulty.

Charging ok bat power not coming.this mother board was no power & charging.whate can i do.

Try changing out the battery with a new one and see if it charges since the power supply is working because its charging. If a new battery doesn't work then the motherboard is bad and would need to be replaced.

Green light is on on the adapter, but doesnt charge battery

1. the adapter may be ok but the unit battery that the adapter is charging may have a bad cell and not taking the charge or the power connector may need replacement .
Only a qualified tech can determine this by doing electrical checks with a meter and or diagnostic instrument.
Take your unit to a tech to do a diagnostic.
More than likely it is the battery.

Toshiba spa40 or a40

check that the power supply is the correct one for the laptop, check that the power requirements of the laptop match up with what is being supplied by the power supply.
if the labels match, for Toshiba the usual supply voltage is 15VDC, if the supplied voltage is 1 volt below recommended the battery will not charge.
If all appears correct then check the output voltage with a multimeter it should read 15V (-0.25V +1V).
If the power supply is a bit low you'll need to buy a new or used one.

Power issues on HP DV1000

It is possible you have two dud batteries. Recharageable batteries have a limited life, they have a finite number of charge and discharge cycles.
With the battery removed and only the power supply connected and the laptop powered up, when you touch the connector on the laptop and the laptop does not shut down then the laptop connector is OK.

If you can verify your new battery is OK the the fault could be the power supply adapter, if may not produce enought current to run and charge the battery. Try charging the battery overnight by turning off the laptop and leaving on the mains t charge. Borrow a mains adapter and test it on your computer.

You can also check the BIOS setting for power management, ie. hibernate, low power shut down etc.
