The Hotpoint F12 error is a Serial Communication Error.
This is a communication error between the Central Control Unit (CCU) and the Motor Control Unit (MCU) cannot be sent correctly.

  1. Check Wire Harness connectors to the MCU, the motor, and Central Control Unit (CCU)
  2. Check the Drive system for any worn or failed components
  3. Check MCU
  4. Check CCU
  5. Check Motor
  6. Check Wire Harness
You may be able to reset it by switchg off the AC power to the machine and leaving it for 30 mins. Then switch back on to see if the error persists.

    I want to remove ASK

Go to control panel, and in the search bar at the top, type "Programs"
Then select "Add or Remove Programs"
Find ASK and double click it. It should start the uninstall process. (This is assuming you mean the ASK toolbar, not the actual website... Getting rid of the actual website would be incredibly difficult).

Whats the best settings to have for best picture with this t.v. meaning brightness,sharpness,ect...

You should NOT have to turn CONTRAST up to more than 70%....brightness controll should be set MUCH lower......sharpness should be adjusted left or right to get rid of graininess(sp) of picture... turn color all the way down then move up according to how you like colour!

I have a networx nx-12 (d.a.s.) home alarm and the power light is flashing. What does this mean and how do I fix it.

This indicates a low battery condition for the main control panel. Replace the battery in the main control. 12V 4-7AH usually.

Is there any way to turn off the buzzer when the drying time is over...or at least turn it down?

If the model number you have this listed under is correct, there is a buzzer module located inside the control panel. It is a fixed module, which means it cannot be adjusted. So, if you wish to get rid of the noise, you will have to unplug it. All you should have to do is UNPLUG the dryer and remove the back of the control panel. Disconnect any leads from the buzzer module and wrap them each in electrical tape to keep them insulated.

If you go to you can view what I am talking about. The buzzer is listed as item 12 under the "Backsplash, Blower and Motor Assembly" heading. When typing in your model number use "DBXR463ED0WW. The digit before the that two letters is a "zero", not the letter "O".

If you have questions, or if you have not provided the correct model number, pease post back with the correct information so that I maybe able to assist you better. I hope this helps you.

Ademco 6128 keypad beeping at random times & says bat on the display screen now - is there a battery in there we need to change?

you need to change your main control battiery.
the main control panel takes a 12 volt 7 amphour or a 12 volt 4.5 amphour battery. the larget the amphour the longer the system will last when the power is out. available at fry's radio shack or on line. ps: if the key shows a zone number with the bat, that means you have a wireless sensor low battiery.
