I would like to have a driver that will connect my mobile Motorola w375 to my pc so that I can download some pictures in order to print. Is there any possibility of getting the driver for free.
Thanks

This is what you do:
  1. Your phone can upload and download files when connected to a PC running Windows 2000 and higher.
    Note: Mac is not suported.
  2. Open the flip and turn the phone on.
  3. From the home screen, attach one end of the Motorola Original Enhanced USB cable to your phone and the other end to a USB port on your computer.
  4. On your phone, press Yes to use the phone as a portable USB storage device.
NOTE: When connected as a storage device the phone cannot perform regular phone activities. Disconnect to resume normal operation.
  5. On the PC, open the My Computer window and find where your phone displays as a Mass Storage icon.
Double click the Mass Storage Device icon.
  6. Drag and drop files between your computer and phone.
  7. When finished, remove the phone safely from your computer. Right click the "Safely Remove Hardware"
icon at the bottom of your computer screen, then select "USB Mass Storage Device" and click Stop.
  8. Select USB Mass Storage Device and click OK.
Now it is safe to disconnect the cable. When the cable is disconnected, the phone restarts.
  9. Good luck.

I am trying the exact same steps to connect my phone. I am failing at step 4. Raysagem: Do you get some kind of message on the phone to press "Yes" or you are talking about pressing the green button on the phone (ie. select button)? I am connecting to a windows XP PC. After step 3, I get prompts to install driver for USB device. Can you elaborate on the install for USB device at step 4? Are you using the USA Net10 phone by any chance?

Thanks

i think that the best solution for this problem is to THROW THE PHONE IN THE TRASH...i have downloaded every driver available but none of them work. my solution was to text the photos to another phone so i could transfer them to the computer. nothing else seems to work...best advice is dont buy this phone

If you're with Net10, the reason it;s not working is because Net10 have de-activated USB connectivity (other than USB charging, for which you'll need the driver from the Motorola website which is far from easy to install if you don't know what you're doing, and don't expect any help from Motorola). I don't know if this is because Net10 want you to pay to transfer your photos out (because of course you can email or MMS them out of your phone, at your own expense) or because they do not want to field the inevitable compliants that arise when customers realise that this phone's memory is ridiculously tiny (half a MB) - not enough for a single mp3 and barely enough for a few images.

on MAC it works fine : just make sure to flip it open before plugging it in and when it asks you 'connect as a storage device?', say yes, and then you can access it from your MAC.... GOOD LUCK to the rest of you who're not lucky enough to have it that easy ... cheers

I have just succeed to follow the above 8 steps to download the pics in W375 into WinXP.

There should be noted in The Point 3 "From the home screen, attach one end of the Motorola Original Enhanced USB cable to your phone and the other end to a USB port on your computer.", it should better make it reverse pluging, i.e. plug the USB port on your computer first and then plug the the Motorola Original Enhanced USB cable to your phone.

Then the rest can be done with the above steps :)

All I want to do is be able to download the pictures from my Moto w375 to my computer for free if possible. But when I connect my phone to my computer I get a window telling me to install a driver. I have already installed the P2K drivers and one other similar driver but they don't work. I have windows 2000, and would also like to be able to create ring tones from my existing mp3 files.
