Question about Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P Front Load Washer
Google " duetservicemanual.pdf" I see an error code "FH", but nothing listed as "HF".

We also had the beeping alternating F H error code. I found that the tube to the he water level switch , which is on the back upper right side ( a black plastic round with a red dots near the top) which connects the bottom of the washing drum, was rubbed through ( the retainer clip had broken). I cut it at the rubbed through portion and inserted a 1/4 inch id plastic hose into the two cut ends to re-join it. I used some black electrical tape ( for good measure) so it wouldn't pullapart , inserted it into about a foot of hose ( so it would'nt wear through as fast next time), then reattached it to the bottom back right tube ( on the drum) and the water level switch previously mentioned. Now my skinny black rubber hose could let the machine know that there is (was) enough water in the drum after filling. Since the plastic clip was broken, I taped the repaired rubber tube to the back of the blue corrugated drain tube to keep it from rubbing and moving too much. As a bonus, I no longer have leaking water on the floor (from the broken water tube).

"F/H" this indicates that either have no water coming into the washer, or very little water.
If you have NO water coming into the wash tub check the following:
- Inlet water valve may be clogged. Clean inlet screens if necessary.
- Make sure water taps are on (not trying to insult your intelligence, but I've seen it happen).
- Check inlet hoses for kinks or clogs.
If you HAVE water filling the wash tub check the following:
- Make sure you don't have a siphoning problem. Click the following link for intructions: http://www.fixya.com/support/r587481-prevent_washer_siphoning
- Verify Drain Pump operation.
- Verify flowmeter operation.
- Verify the Pressure Switch hoses are intact and connected properly.
UNPLUG the washer and take the lower panel under the door off by removing the three screws under the bottom edge. HINT: Propping the front feet of the washer up can make access much easier. I use a couple small blocks of wood. With the screws removed, the panel should drop down then come off. If it sticks, tap either side and it should come free.
There should be a tech sheet directly behind the panel or attached to one of the interior cabinet walls that explains all the error codes and how to troubleshoot. It also explains how to perform diagnostics and where to locate certain components.
I hope this provides you with some aanswers. Please post back if you can't find the tech sheet and/or need further assistance.

Check to make sure you are getting a good supply of water to the washer. Remove hoses at the washer and make sure the filter screens are not clogged.
