Could be the back plane power supply, and or the back plain lamps inside the screen. If these are okay, then it could be the main driver board for the screen, or the screen itself, or the power source for the screen and or driver board.
Your set will require shop service to determine the fault, and give you an estimate for service. I can tell you in advance that your set can be expensive to service.

Sound but no picture How do I fixx it

If you are using RCA cables be sure that the colored cables go with the corresponding input plugs, after checking the cabling try powering off then powering on your unit. Some units require a quick channel search and setup, which is usually found under the menu option.

I have a 32" RCA LCD tv , rlc3210 power input says

Is it hooked up with HDMI cable?

If so try unplugging the HDMI cable and re plugging the cable in, sometimes those cables work loose and if they are not tight, it will cause your screen to flicker. Happens to my TV once in awhile.

How do you use PS3 and DVD player with the Toshiba 32Dtu2 LCD TV?

The PS3 can be hooked up to the tv using either a HDMI cable or the old RCA (Yellow, Red, White) cables. If you are having problems viewing a picture or hearing sound, here is some trouble shooting you might want to try.

Connect the PS3 using both the HDMI and RCA cables. select the HDMI input on your tv. turn on the PS3. If you cant see a picture, press and hold the power button until you hear 2 beeps (this will take about 15 seconds). This resets the PS3 to the old RCA cables. Select the RCA input on your tv. Hopefully you can see the image and hear the PS3 now. Go to the settings on the PS3 and change the display settings to output video through the HDMI. Remember, your tv can only go as high as 1080i resolution, so you wont see anything if you select the 1080p resolution.

If this didn't work, you might have a bad signal though the HDMI cable. Unplug the tv and PS3 for atleast 30 minutes, and then connect the PS3 to the tv before you turn either one on.

If this doesn't help, then you might have a HDMI cable that isn't recognized by either your PS3 or your tv. Try replacing your HDMI cable.

Hope this helps!

Tv has sound but no picture.

Hi, troubleshoot first before going to the board of the TV to be sure where the problem is from.

How to Troubleshoot an LCD With Sound But No Picture

It can be overwhelmingly frustrating when an electronic device as expensive as an LCD television set starts having problems. Luckily many of these problems are easily troubleshot. While being able to hear sound coming from your LCD television but seeing no picture may seem serious on the surface, fixing the problem involves checking a few different settings to make sure everything is set properly

Instructions

Check the video connection of any devices plugged into the LCD television. If you can hear sound but are seeing no picture while trying to use something like a DVD player or cable box, the problem is probably that a wire is loose somewhere. Check the yellow video cables running from the DVD player to the TV and make sure everything is plugged in firmly and where it should be. Also check the coaxial cable running from the cable box (or cable outlet) to the television and make sure that wire is also screwed in securely.

Check the image settings on your television and make sure everything is set properly. Certain settings like "Picture" or "Brightness," if set to one extreme, can make the picture appear completely black. This could cause you to simply hear television shows but not be able to see them. Reset all picture settings on the TV to their original factory default settings to see if that fixes the problem.

Try another channel. If you're watching TV and not getting a picture, the first thing you should do is check a variety of random channels to make sure it is a problem with your TV and not with your television signal. If it is a problem with the television signal it is the fault of the TV station or cable service provider and there isn't anything you can do yourself to fix it.

Try the DVD on another DVD player. If you're trying to play a DVD and can't see any images, make sure the disc isn't defective. Try it on another DVD player or a computer DVD drive and make sure the disc works in the first place.

After troubleshooting the above and no solution yet, problem comes too from the power or the Y sustain at the left or right side of the display when one of the large capacitor or heat sync on the capacitor even the flat power cable connection it to a main power board needs to be checked too, if the fuses on the board are blown it will need to be replaced

But after replacing the fuses and the capacitors and still no solution, you will need to replace the all board ..

Hope it helped ..

Can hear sound but no picture

You didn't mention what the source was or how it was connected or if you were using analog or digital connections.
It appears that the device (cable box, maybe??) is assigned to different inputs for audio and video.
The solution should be really simple.
Kind of odd for this to just "happen", but it might have something to do with static electricity or a small power surge. Your first remedy should be to unplug the H/K receiver for 30 seconds and plug it back in. This should reset any logic hiccup.

The AVR's manual will show you how to assign video inputs and audio inputs to specific devices. You'll do this differently, depending on what cables you are using and how you have set up the source device, but the instructions do tell you how to make this work.
Basically, you'll need to know what button on the AVR you want to use to select this source. Then in the AVR's menu, you'll need to tell the receiver which of its inputs should be selected when that source button is pressed. Look closely at the back of the receiver and see where you have connected the cables. Your solution might be to simply move the audio and or video cables on the back of the receiver to jacks with the same labels!
For instance, if the video cables are connected to the receiver's video-1 jacks and the audio cables are connected to its video-2 jacks, just make them both the same.

Problem with eyeclops video projector...after

unplug all rca cables from your eyeclops, then try all three colors one at a time, into the yellow colored hole on the side of your eyeclops, until you get a picture, and you have to have the dvd player on and playing a dvd, otherwise the light won't come on your projector, then plug in the audio sources, the yellow and white. When I got my eyeclops mini projector, it wouldn't work at all when I plugged the yellow rca cable in the yellow hole on the side of the eyeclops, the red into the red, and the white into white. Only when I placed the red rca cable into the yellow hole on the eyeclops, the yellow into the red hole, and the white rca cable into the white hole did it finally work. That was for my dvd player. With the video game function, I plugged each color Rca cable into their same colored holes on the eyeclops and it worked fine, but again, you have to have your device, whether it be a dvd player or game system on and running before your eyeclops led lights will turn on. Not sure I had to switch colors when I played my dvd player, but that's how it works on my mini projector, anyways.
