Printing I get good clean printing from pages on the internet or attachments to emails. However, when printing from a word document or an email the print is faint and "fuzzy". It's a mystery!

Rather than printing & scanning to attach a document to an email, you can just do a screen print. To do this, pull up the portion of the page you need and hold down the "Alt" key AND hit the "Prt Scr" key. (It wont look like anything has happened). Now go into your email - Make sure your cursor is in the text area - right click your mouse & choose paste from the dropdown menu that will appear. If you need to capture a larger portion of the page; hold down the "Ctrl" key and tap the minus sign to get more content on the screen print. if you need larger print - hold down the "Ctrl" key and tap the plus sign. Whatever you see on the screen is what will be captured and pasted into your email. This includes all the tabs on the top with any websites you have open and the bottom tool bar where your icons, etc sit

Hey, have you tried printing from a word document?

Sometimes the format of the internet page or document will not print effectively.
Also, have you used a cartridge which is recognised by the computer? Ensure you print a test page before doing any printing if you haven't already.

If you have put black and white in and are trying to print colour, it will come out as blank if there is no colour cartridge.
Anymore information you have is welcome and I can have a further look into it.

there is a print button within email if self probably right side of email which one is opened
a small print symbol is there try with these button
it opens a new widows from which good print can done

Of course, you need to print and scan:-

1-Print the attached document !

2-Write your usual signature on the printed paper

3-Scan the paper by any scanner

In printing web pages and email please try to check also the print setting before you print the page cause word document files and web pages are not the same in there printing setting. Web pages and emails has different setting so my recommendation is that when you print email and webpages next time then please check the printer settings then modify it the same settings as you wish or as your word document's output.

what program are you printing from?

The problem is most likely caused by the computer or the program yourusing. Try printing your email from another program, if your readingemail from internet browser, then try another browser.

Do other documents print properly? Word - doc - etc?

Onepossible solution is to completely uninstall the printer from yourcomputer, delete it from printers and faxes and uninstall the softwarefrom add and remove programs -Start -> control panel -> uninstallprograms or add or remove programs.

Ones its fully removed, download and install the latest drivers.

If the problem is with all documents and programs.
check that your not runing out of ink, Perform head cleaning on the printer.

Press the setup button on the printer, select maintenance from the options and press ok.

Perform a Head cleaning, and head alingment.

If the problem is only with your email program or with browser, try another browser or another email program.

This usually ocurrs because your printer margins are incorrect.
At your email program or at your word program Do a preview first and set the margins
Use the option (fit the doc to a one page)
Check how many pages are demanding your document, and delete the unnecesary pages
Check your printer setting in your email program or in your word document
Check if your printer is using "landscape" instead of "portrait"
And try printing again.

Check page setup and ensure page size for document same as page size for printer.
Check printer not set to only print current page.
