Question about Cell Phones
Try first the default password, that is 1234.
If that does not work, then open the security menu and find New Passwords and select new unlock code.
When the phone will ask for the code hold the menu button (the one in the middle at the top) until you get "shortcut not allowed" on display. Leave the button and the phone will ask for the security code. try the default code, that is 000000. After entering the security code you can enter the new unlock code.
The only other alternatives if this does not work are calling Alltel or going to a local shop.
