Question about Microsoft Windows 98 for PC
Microsoft dropped support for Windows 98 a few years ago.
Similarly, most anti-virus software companies have dropped support for Windows 98. So, anti-virus software that claims to be able to "remove" a virus will not run.
So, you're stuck -- copy your files onto CD-writable disks or to a USB memory-stick, and then responsibly recycle your "ancient" computer.
