Question about Cameras
Check the batteries.
These camera's require Alkaline batteries too.
Connect camera to an AC adapter.
Remove all batteries, sd cards, disconnect AC adapter, wait a minute,
re-insert batteries and reconnect adapter. lay flat on the table.
Turn on the camera.
Using the mains power gives more power to the lens motor too,
Sit it on a table with ac mains in, turn on while flat on it's back, hopefully it will
Turn on and auto-focus for you.
You could blow the camera with "canned air" too, to release any particles on the camera
The smallest particle in the lens barrel, will jam up the lens and system to a stand still.
If problem persists, i am afraid, you need to seek professional on site or send the unit for repair.
