Question about Dell A940 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I get Error Code 0502. I've reset the little strip as described in the posts, but it prints a few pages and then does it again. Any ideas?
Ok try this and see if it will do it
On the multi function machine seems to be a coating on the metal rod that the cartridges travel on. Just wipe this rod with a Kleenex and the problem seems to go away.
Somehow it presents a drag on the cartridges and causes an error.
Myself I would put a little bit of oil after on a cloth and wipe along the bar.
Please all I ask is call back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one, so I will keep on helping.
