I know it sounds obvious, but adjust the lens. if adjusting it doesn't help, there is a good chance that one of the lenses inside are misaligned (factory error). if it's still under warranty, send it in to another optoma authorized service center. check their website. if it isn't under warranty, you may need to replace the lens yourself.
