I have the bissell pet vacuum and it wont **** up anything I cleaned everything and it still wont pick up

You mentioned pet hair. Remove the brush cover and check for a plug (possibly pet hair). Sounds as though you have a plug somewhere and it's not allow the suction to pull it through. Also check your filter and clean or replace as necessary. Hint; Never let you container get over half full, it reduces the suction.

Could be a worn belt. Here is the belt you need:

99% sure you need a belt

I would try changing the belt. A worn, stretched or broken belt can cause the vacuum to not pick up well. Here is a link to the belt you need and the manual which has instructions:

It might be because the belt is broken, stretched or worn. In all of these cases the vacuum won't pick up well. You can get the replacement belts for this model and download the manual which has instructions on how to change the belt here:

If you have followed the instructions.And your not happy i would return it.Get a repacement.

Make sure everything is dried off, I encountered the same symptoms once when I had some water remaining in the rotating brush after wiping the machine down.
