are u sure you keypad working normally. connect with blackberry desktop manager software in pc, it will ask for password, give password on pc than take backup of your important data first. if you still not able to put code than you can enter any code and it will wipe your handset and you might be able to put a new password again.

with the red lcd light blinking it means there is a software issue try syncing it with your blackberry desktop manager the application loader if that doesnt work u will need to contact you service provider for replacement options

1Install Blackberry Desktop Manager Softwarewhich included in your Blackberry Installation CD. If you don’t haveone, you may download software from Here
2Make sure you set an Outlook profile that the Desktop Manager can use.3Start the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.4Connect your Blackberry with your computer via USB cable and allow Blackberry device driver install.5Click on Synchronize in BlackBerry Desktop Manager.6Activate the Synchronize organizer data checkbox: BlackBerry Synchronize.7Click on the Configuration tab. Then, click on the Configure synch: BlackBerry Synchronize Configuration.8Check the data you want your BlackBerry being synchronized to. Choose CONTACTS, TASKS, CALENDAR, and NOTES databases.9Afteryou check each item, the software will ask which application you wouldlike to sync it with, you will choose OUTLOOK for all.10Nowgo back to the Desktop Manager. You might not have "attachment service" installed. Fire up Desktop Manager and reinstall it.

you will need to reload the operating system using desktop manager.

you will need to install the desktop manager for the blackberry phone then connect your phone to the pc using your usb cable then it should open up and show you the drive you stuff is on

Follow the directions in the above link to fix ur problem

this problem generally occurs when there is a software problem ......take backup of the handset using desktop manager and reload the software ...

The blackberrys link to outlook and not their own calendar/contact manager. If you have outlook at home, you should be able to use the desktop manager software to sync with that.
