Question about Logitech ClearChat Pro USB Headset
, go to start menu, control panel, sound. Then here go into the Tabs and select the Headset as Mic and Speakers. Apply, Done !
If after this the issue persist, then I suggest you to call Logitech support to issue a replacement, hardware failures happen and are covered by warranty terms
