Gprs setting i have subscribed for gprs of bsnl.I received settings from bsnl,i installed the settings.When i opened web sessions in web access,settings were saved,but a lock symbol was there in front of all settings

This shows that you don't have the GPRS and MMS settings received on your phone.They are to be received from your Network Service Provider.Since you are using BSNL Network please do the following steps to receive the packet data settings on your phone. Call 9400024365 OR sms GPRS to 53733 to activate your GPRS service.Thanks for choosing Fixya.

correct Web Settings are provided by particular Network carrier. Hence
please contact the Customer Care of the Network Carrier to download
the settings or to enter the settings manually.

for GPRS internet service from your Mobile Operator after downloading the settings. Please contact the
Customer Service Centre of the Mobile Network you are using to
subscribe GPRS Internet.
think you didnt select your BSNL settings as default setting ,so only your getting as 'subscribe to packet data first'.
As you said it says 'only 20 sets are allowed', there are plenty GPRS settings present in your mobile.please go to default configuration settings and delete all the settings which you previously stored in it.
Now call your BSNL and ask them for the GPRS settings they wil send GPRS setting and MMS settings also. please save it and make it as default settings.Then you can start using the GPRS connection.
