Question about Astar LTV-3201 32 in. LCD Television
The LCD TV which taking ages to startup should be the issue with the main board. It can be with the either with the clock or the firmware, but it was just VERY slow in handling user input; the video processor was otherwise normal.
Your case is more likely to be related to temperature-related defect, most commonly bad soldering or dried electrolytic capacitor; this could be in both the main board or the power board.
Try this - try heating up the TV with a blower and see if it starts faster.
I would expect it would. If so just touch the solder joints with the solder rods and this may solve your issue..
If you dont see any reaction with increasing the temperature, you should change the amin board

Then, with the cover off, you could locate the affected board - the power or the main control one.
In the beginning make sure to blow at the back where the air vents are and not at the LCD - there's nothing of interest to you there. Make sure to not overheat either - 20 to 40 seconds should do although that really depends on many things.
The heater trick does not always work from the first time.
And, of course, the problem may not be heat related in the first place.
But that's what I'd do if I were you
