Question about Tomtom GO GPS Receiver
When you did the soft reset did you remove it from the PC conection and remove the Memory Card and turn it on before pressing the reset button? Leave it in the dock and connect to the PC and let it stand for 30 mins beofre attempting to turn it on. Then try to turn it on and see if the PC recognises it. The unit should operate. If not then you will need to contact TomTom support for advidce on where to get the TT serviced.
