Question about Apple iPod touch
The first thing i would do is reseting the ipod to factory settings. This can be done by going to the settings icon on your itouch. Once you are under setting go to the general tab. Once in the general tab go to the reset tab. Once in the reset tab go to reset all settings. This will reset all the settings on your itouch. If this does not fix your problem try hooking the unit up to itunes and restoring the unit. This will cause your unit to take all data off your unit, so make sure itunes has backed up the unit. If this still does not fix your problem then check with apple to see if your unit is still under warranty with this site: https://selfsolve.apple.com/GetWarranty.do
The serial number can be found on the back of the unit toward the bottom.
