SOURCE: what is the exact part or item number or

You do not need the exact part number, your laptop came with a 160GB 2.5" SATA drive.
Any 2.5" SATA laptop drive will fit and work with your laptop. A 500GB drive can be bought for £30.
Take a look on Amazon.
If you want an exact replacement, take your old drive out and search on google for the model number it will have on it

ERROR CODE 51.2M

Hi
A quick look on the internet told me that this is probably a HP ColourLaserjet series printer/copier, and have proceeded on this basis using the 5500 model. This particular code crops up on several models and the explanation is given below:
Description:- A printer error has occurred.
X Description: 1 scanner error 2 scanner startup error 3 scanner rotation error Y Description 0 no color K black C cyan M magenta Y yellow
Remedy:- 1. Press GO to continue. 2. Turn the printer off and then back on. 3. Reseat the connectors between the laser/scanner (J74 - J77) and DC controller PCB (J1106 - J1109). 4. Replace the defective laser/ scanner assembly. Calibrate the printer after replacing the laser/scanner. 5. Replace the DC controller PCB. Calibrate the printer after replacing the DC controller.
I obtained this from the link below:-
Error Codes HP Color LaserJet 3550 Code 51 XY
for the 5500, but there are drop down menus above the error details which enable you to change the model number to your specific machine and then you will get the exact requirements. I recommend you do this as although the error code description for other models is the same, the PCB numbers under the "Remedy" are different for different models. You can also download a service manual from this site using the link at the top of the page.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya
Cheers

Error 45.1:03

t770 service manual
45.1:YZ
Problem Description: An error with the Rewinder 1 System (Upper Rewinder) has been detected.

as by the description the reverse feed mechanism has failed- this is a common fault on this model and T1200 /

you will need to call out an engineer for this fault as it requires a new rewinder assembly then it will need fitting and calibrating/ then the plotter will need to be re calibrated witht the new assembly installed. this job should ONLY be done by a qualified technician
failure to comply will likely lead to excess damage being caused by a poorly fitted rewind assy.

Belmonte business machines are able to complete this task and will call out to anywhere in the UK, please call 01614805556 for a quote - please inform the sevice personnel that you have a 45:xx error
