dear it is very easy to open the security code if you have not changed the code ...by default code is 12345.if this code have been changed then only one solution then renew the software.ok.

SOURCE: security code for a nokia 1661

When you power up the phone if it asks for a security code, power it down and up 2 or 3 more times, then enter 12345 which is the default security code. I don't know why you need to cycle the power several times but without doing this, the default security code often doesn't work. I hope this helps you out.
