Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My inbox folder wont appear

Email folders missing or empty
  • Some types of email accounts require manual synchronization of subfolders. To manually sync a folder, open the folder and tap the sync email_sync_icon_cass09.png icon in the lower-right corner. You may be able to avoid the need to manually sync folders by turning off auto-filtering features (on the server), if these features are enabled. See your network administrator for assistance with locating and changing the auto-filter settings.
  • Check with your IT department and find out whether your data is stored on a single Exchange 2003 server, and whether the server uses forms-based authentication or virtual Exchange directories. If yes, work with your IT department to update the server configuration. For info on the required server configuration, see Method 2 in the Resolution section of the following article: support.microsoft.com/kb/817379 . After updating the server configuration, delete the Exchange account on your phone, and then add the Exchange account on your phone again.

What is the easiest way to import MS Outlook (addresses, telephones, mail etc) from my laptop to my new ipad

Connect your ipad to an exchange server. You can do it by following these instructions:

. From the Home Screen, tap Settings
2. Scroll down and tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
3. Select Add Account > Microsoft Exchange.
4. Now type into the following information:

* Email: your email address
* Username: your-Exchange-User-name
* Password: your-mail-password
* Description: It's Optional
* Server: ****.com

Your username is the one you use to access mail at work.it could be firstname and initial like (robd) for example or it could be your email address. Next, the server field you put in the server to connect to. Every business has a different name for this field. You should ask your IT dept. if you are unclear what your account credentials are to fill in these fields.
But once you are connected to the server, you can specify what you want to sync onto your ipad. Contacts will be found in the address book under "Groups" these contacts will than pull from your exchange connection.
Hope some of this helps.

Microsoft outlook on my verizon HTC SMT5800

Unless you are trying to sync with another Microsoft Exchange Server (say at your new Job) or you are running an Exchnage server at home on a dedicated server.. you will not be able to set your phone up with exchange.

One Suggestion I may have would be to setup outlook on your phone to connect to your email via Imap4 or POP3.

You might want to remove the activesync partnership to your old company if you havent done so allready to help get rid of the exchnage sync error's.

Hope this helps.

And The SOlution Here IS :

The way to sync with Exchange Server (as detailed in the documentation that came with the phone and as I have it set up following those instructions) is:
- You go to the verizon wireless website, create your verizon account, enter all the details for your exchange server (address, username, password, etc).
- The VZW server pulls info from your exchange server and then the VZW server sends this info to your handheld.
You may want to call VZW tech support if you are having difficulty setting it up.
And Thanks
