This is usually a power supply problem, the special circuitry inside the unit's power supply is detecting a potential problem and is attempting to shut down the unit?
If it isn't that it maybe the standby relay cycling, again due to a prospective fault?
Without actually examining the unit it is very hard to tell as many many symptoms although the same have widely differing causes.
If you want the very best outcome, my professional opinion is to contact a local or head office from Pioneer, and ask for a referral to an authorised service center, now when here, ONLY first ask for a "Quote" as to any prospective repairs, and go from there, as to repair or replace?
