Have you checked your game player for any dust. I mean, it could be because the lens of your game player is dusty and it is not able to read discs. That is the most obvious reason. Plus you need to check the discs on some other player or perhaps on your PC. Try to make sure that the discs are running on some other gadget or on your friend's PC or play station.
