Question about Printers & Copiers
The paper in the drawer is not crumpled
When i print out a printed page it is crumpled
It is an imagistics im3511
How can I repair this?
If you have multiple trays, try printing from another tray that will eliminate the paper path issue from the tray.
The fusing unit could also be overheating the paper causing it to crumple.

Firstly make sure that in the cassette the paper tray guides are fully against the paper as if they are not the paper will wiggle through the machine and cause your fault. If this doesn't work then check the paper path as there maybe a small piece of paper causing it to shift and turn causing the crumple. Also check the fuser and the little plastic stripper fins as they may have dried toner on them causing the fault.
Hope this helps you
