You have a good idea but with the transformer you may not have enough amps to get full power out of your bulbs. Be sure you have a good ground at the trans, These bulbs are not as bright as you might be thinking with out the proper reflectors. You might try a sealed boat trailer type of light w/ a clear cover. Check out wally world, boat supplies, or a simi trailer parts supply for a good tag light.

My thermostat says the heat is on and its set to auto but the furnace wont turn on we've reset circuit breakers turned the unit off and on checked the filter but it wont turn heat on.

Look for this. 24 volt transformer. Thermostat sends 24v to the unit in order to tell the unit to turn on. The transformer is probably bad or isnt getting power and the unit isn't getting the "turn on signal"
Get a test meter and touch the two screws. If it's not getting voltage, check the 120v wiring to it and make sure it's getting 120v. If it's getting 120v at the wiring but not 24v at the screws then the transformer is bad. Easy to change and common part. Home depot or Lowes for about $35

I have a 99 jeep Cherokee i am trying to fix my reverse light i dit change the assambly and ligth buld and still not working can tell me what is goin on

99 XJ jeep, gas or diesel, i GUESS GAS and USA XJ jeep.
auto or stick we can not guess transmissions here EVER.

the a/t box, (auto)
uses a device called TRS/PRNDL or reverse switch.
to glow the lamps in the rear, fuses checked first.
you never said both are dead., dim or stuck on.>?
chapter 8w-51-5 (Gas) covers this. the book is free.
click Cherokee.
click wiring, behold a real matching schematic on your car.
no working blind, now.
the fuse.J10 is the backup fuse in the JB, cab box, 15amp.
that be always 1st first.
key on
in reverse
the backup switch has 12vdc in and 12vdc out
then that one wire goes to rear of car and lamp glows
if the lamp is ground,(both) BR-Lg 12vdc to all lamps
black wire is ground and 0v, in reverse.

real book not FAKE!

Need a power transformer from 220v input to 120v output

Yes, you need a step down transformer. These are often rated in watts (the power rating is the same on both sides of a transformer) so it is easy enough to match this with the power consumption of the stereo. Apparently you will need about a 4kW transformer eg

Dometic RM2652 RV Refrigerator trips GFCI

Hi!!

Right beside the circuit panel, there is a grill, remove the 4 screws to gain access to the transformer/battery charger. You'll see a double power outlet, one cord is from fridge, the other is from the transformer. UNPLUG Transformer cord and reset breaker.

It will take a couple of minutes for the fridge to change to AC if you have it in AUTO. If everything works fine, REPAIR OR REPLACE TRANSFORMER/BATTERY CHARGER.

Don't forget to rate this answer, Good Luck!!!

Yes, fuse may be blown, first check out the fuse of CDJ,
if it does not work. Install a physical 120v American transformer
also change the switch of 240v to 120v from back of CDJ

2001 Volvo S80 reads check brake light, manual calls for US no 1156, replaced with US 7506 per Advance Auto claim it is "same bulb" but still get check brake light, old bulbs tossed out, new bulbs not...

1156 and 7506 are not the same. the euro cars when you replace the bulb, need to be the right number or it causes this issue. the different casings causes resistance. 1156 s are common bulbs they shouldnt have done told you that but thats why they are parts guys and im not.
