Question about Compaq Presario Notebook
Sophia, you do not have to download anything as the sound is already there in your laptop. All you have to do is to go to Start->Control Panel->Sound and Audio Devices. There you can configure the sound as you want. Also you have a small speaker shaped icon in the system tray on right bottom corner of the screen. Click on it and when the box opens you will find various options. Check to see if the devices are not muted.
