If you have a recovery disc, try to use, after pressing your power ON button, press F12 choose boot to CD, then enter, when message pop up saying "boot to Cd" press enter before 5 seconds laps

then let it run

If you don't have any recovery disk then use the installer disk to repair the system

and if you still don't have it, I suggest you better call a technician to do the job

Do you let it go through and fix the files every time, or do you exit out of it by pressing a key on your keyboard to go on with the startup process? It will constantly tell you there are corrupted drives until you let it fix itself.

My computer keeps restarting. Everytime I turn it on, it starts up and then restarts. I cannot log on at all. It shows the Windows logo and then restarts. How can I fix this?

Make sure that the components are clean, free of dust. Put fans in your case this will bring in fresh cool air into your computer so it can run efficiently.

Clean the RAM cards with tissue papper, and then put it in, trying all slots.
Could be a sign of a virus infection, disconnect all harddrives and then reboot. If it starts and does not rebbot then it confirms software corruption.
The drive would then have to be virus scaned on another PC. Be carefull as you wouldn't want infect another PC. Choose a PC that can do the job but has no important information on it, just in case it crashes.
Please let me know if this solves your problem and take the time to rate my expertise.
Thanks

Triple Reset for Philips’ GoGear:

Disconnect the Go Gear from computer. Press the reset pinhole until the player turns off. Hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard. If this pop-up does not appear, reset the player again WHILE connected to the computer. Open the Philips Device Manager, and go to Repair Tab. Reset the player one more time while connected to computer. Follow the repair instructions.

After repair is complete, upgrade the firmware for this player. Will erase all the songs, but you should be gooOd to go again.

It restarts!

Could be a corrupted usb driver or even the camera driver. Try to update your drivers. If that is not the case your camera could be broken or a bad usb connection on the motherboard. if thats the case you can get a pci usb card to replace the corrupted one.

It can be the game installation corrupted, does not look like video adapter problem.
Backup all the files from the game, so that you can recover all old savings, then proceed reinstalling the game, if asked chose to keep saved files.
Do a backup first.

Spooler sub system app??

The issue occurs because of a corrupted printer driver installed and because of the Vista OS that keeps updating.

-Open up c:\windows\system32\spool\PRINTERS

-Delete the contents of the directory (not the directory).

-Restart the print spool service. (service.msc)

Freezes while restoring!

It probably didn't restore all the way. You will have to repeat the process again.

If that doesn't work, I would uninstall Itunes and reinstall it. Make sure you restart your computer after doing that.

Sounds like system and registry files may be damaged. Firstly if you have not got a windows xp cd go to double click My computer>tools>folder options>view and uncheck 'hide protected operating system files'. This will allow windows to see the system cache, but even this may be corrupt and you will require a copy of Windows XP for the required files. Now run this programme, go to Start>run then type sfc /scannow (there is a space after sfc and the forward slash). Press enter and it may require a restart to run file checker. If the files in the cache folder are corrupt it will ask for the cd.
