Hi.

Try to reset the control board tripping the main circuit breaker so to disconnect power to the pool control.

This will reset the control board, if it does not get rid of the problem better to contact Jandi by phone to arrange service.

What is the right switch position to be when i have spa and pool together

If you are asking if you should have the pool or spa button on, then the answer would be pool. Pool mode creates suction from be pool and should be set up to return to both the pool and spa. This setup allows all the water to be filtered and or heated at the same time.

My aqualink rs4 display reads " service mode," how to I get it back to normal function?

This is set out at your equipment. It will be a button you push three times. It will have LED lights next to it. The first position will just run regular, the second is what you have now so you can control the system out at the equipment. Then the last is a three hour time out and will keep the system running as you left it in service mode. Your pool guy will use this to circulate chemical's after he leaves. I could be wrong but I think this is on the left side of your power center at the equipment.

I have a Jandy Aqualink rs unit in the house attached to wires. My problem when I put my unit on auto, I have found it to switch to the spa program and empty the water out of my spa. What do I have to do...

Try this. On the suction valve their is a JVA... actuator and on the end of it their is a small toggle switch and all you have to do is change the position of this. Hope this helps.

JVA 2440 rotates continuously in spa mode

If you remove the handel and open thr top of the actuator you will see a set nut on the center of the shaft that you use to set where the valve stops. If this is tight then you may have a bad micro switch in the unit and you should replace the actuator. Good luck.

the only thing you can do since the jandy does not have a "winter" mode is switch the valves off. Once you have the valves in spa mode, there should be a toggle switch on the valve actuators. You can set the switches to the middle position and that will lock them in that position. You will probably have to re-winterize the pool lines.

Jandy Aqualink RS4 randomly turns on blower, pump, heater

I have has to deal with the same problem and have found that the spa switch is causing the problem. When I went into the lockout controls menu and locked out the spa switch I no longer had the problem. Once I figured this out and determined the spa switch was faulty I replaced the spa switch and everything is work correctly now.

SPA Filter on while Spa is Heating

If it has motorized valves the stop positions have to be adjusted so that the water coming back is equal to what it drains to stop the spill over process unless you want to add more valves but the pool pump does the job of heating and filtering the spa
