It seems you are getting white LCD. If so there is many possibilities...Firstly your display might got defective and need to replace. Secondly it might be data line problem to your display connector and this can be put right by skilled technician nearby you. Thirdly it might be unsertain fitting or any setting problem and it could be repaired by technician.
You should reach to nearby technician as you have to take his service for this problem. Always remember that your phone is BB5 platform phone and it is of operating system phone. Most of small problems can be short out with restarting it. Have you do that? if not then try it first. Is it helping you to decide your problem? Then why not to vote FIXYA....

upgrading firmware on your own is not safe, you should take it to a repair/service center and they will flash it for you. if this problem is not solved after flashing, then the phone hardware should be looked at
