Question about Samsung HP-S4253 Television
Thanks for using FixYa. Please inspect the power cables and the signal cables for any cuts, as this can let the magnetic effects enter the TV and can distort the image. Make sure all cables are connected fine at the back of the TV. Also be sure that the TV is kept in a properly ventilated place.
If this is not the issue then it is due to video driver of the TV and you'll need to get it checked for cold solder joints. You may need to get the driver replaced if the issue is not resolved.
