Hi there! Let me give you the steps on how to insert the sim card on your phone. First, kindly switch off the power and disconnect the charger and any other device before removing the covers. Avoid touching electronic components while changing the covers. Always store and use the device with the covers attached. The SIM card and its contacts can be easily damaged by scratches or bending, so becareful when handling, inserting, or removing the card. For you to be able to remove the back cover is that you have the press the back part of the phone gently and slide down the back plate of your phone. And after that kindly remove the cover and the battery. Please open the SIM card holder and insert the SIM card into the holder with the bevelled corner facing down and the contact surface area facing toward the contacts of the device. Close the SIM card holder. Line up the battery contacts, and insert the battery. Replace the back cover. That's it! Thanks!
