Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: Cannot communicate with our KM4850-W

Hello,

Can you provide me with some more information we need to know to fully understand and fix your problem.

What Operating System are you on, what browser and what version are you using to connect to the web interface?

Does your IP enabled network printer connect into the system via a router or a switch.

What is the address you receive when you ping the printer? I know that may seem superfluous, but it will tell me what type of Network you are on.

And, just to verify the product you selected using our category selector you are attempting to connect with a Kyocera KM-4850-W, is this correct?

Thanks for your patience with what has to seem like ridiculous questions, but accuracy in understanding what and which printer we are talking about is more than just helpful, it will prevent misunderstandings and get you a complete answer sooner.

Thanks,
Worldvet

I have bought a HG8245H, but I can not access to the web interface, could you give me some advice?

To access the web interface of the Huawei 8245H, you'll require a device connected via ethernet or wi-fi.
1 Open your web browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, or Opera).
2 In the address bar, type in 192.168.100.1.
3 A login screen will appear as shown below requesting a username and a password.
4 The account is root and password is admin.
5 On the very first login, you will be prompted to change the default password, change it and use something quite simple.
Congrats, now you can tweak whatever you want!

Ribbon not printing correctly on new labels have a sato CL412E and we are using the same ink ribbons we always use (premium wax/resin ribbon TRX-55) and we just started using new labels from a new company...

The ribbon / label combination usually doesn't have anything to do with print position of the fields on the label. Is the quality/durability of the print that you are seeing on the new labels the same as before ? With a glossier stock print quality should actually be better. This will at least tell you that the ribbon is correct for the new label stock. Is the new label a different size than previous labels ? That could account for the fields not printing in the correct position if the printer is not calibrating correctly on the new size.

Not sure if this will help but may give some ideas...

I cant send and reply or forward any massage from my yahoo account

The question is how do you access your e-mail? There are two ways of accessing the e-mail. First is via the Web browser where you need to open your Internet browser and then type your user name and password.

The other one is via an e-mail client like Outlook 2003, 2007 or Outlook Express.

If you're accessing your e-mail via the Web browser, try optimizing the internet browser by deleting the Cookies and Temporary Internet Files.

Here's how to delete the Cookies and Temporary Internet Files for IE7 and later versions:

1. Run your IE > Tools menu.
2. Internet Options > click on 'Delete' under the Browsing History option.
3. Click the Delete buttons for Cookies, Internet Files
4. OK > Close and re-open your IE and try accessing your e-mail again.

But if you're accessing your e-mail via an e-mail client (Outlook 2007), all you have to do is to change the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) port number and you should be able to send e-mails out.

Here's how:

1. Run your Outlook > Tools > Account Settings.
2. Double-click on your e-mail account.
3. Click on More Settings button > Advanced tab
4. Change the Outgoing Mail SMTP port number. If your Outgoing port is set to 25, you may change it to 2525 or 587 or 465 (SSL)
5. OK > Close and re-open your Outlook.
6. Try sending e-mail.

Good luck and have a great day!

Hto rest lost passwords in nrg mp 2000 printers

I have not been able to find any information on resetting the MP 2000s to eliminate the administrator password. However, have you tried logging into the printer via web access and using the default administrator name/password? Type the printer's IP address into your browser's address bar, and when the Web Access page appears, click Configuration leave the User Name blank and enter password for the password
If you gain access, you should be able to chance any other settings via that interface
If passwords are interfering with being able to use the basic machine functions, you may be able to use the control panel on the printer itself to access the Administrator Tools, and turn off the authentication requirements for those functions.
Last, if nothing else works, and there is any phone number or contact info on the printer anywhere...though I hate to subject you to being on hold for hours...try calling it.
I'm probably not thinking of something simple - like a handy reset button on the machine somewhere - but if anything else comes to light, I'll update this.
