Question about Ricoh Office Equipment & Supplies
We have a Ricoh floor printer/scan/fax and we are unable to set the printer up to scan documents to our individual computers, or our email, or scan to a folder on the server.
Log in via the web interface as admin. Change settings from there. The simplest method is scan to folder, ensure the credentials are set correctly so the scanner can save to a directory on the server
