SOURCE: lost piece of Harness
You can get replacement buckles at Babies R Us. They are also known as harness ties. They may be available at other stores like Target etc. You can also order one from Graco, but it will be a bit pricey with shipping costs etc. -Vish

SOURCE: Manual for a car seat
First set the harness together at the chest clip and the **** buckle. Then slide each shoulder strap through at the best height for your child. For a forward facing seat , it should be at or above the shoulders. Once both shoulders are passed through, there is a Tshapped metal flat piece, each belt slides onto that. That is 2 of the 4 ends of the straps squared away. The bottom 2 , you slide through the holes in the car seat, through the holes in the shell of the seat, and then pull to ensure they are in tight. Thank you!
