Question about Televison & Video
If it is completely off, then the power board has probably failed.
Try disconnecting the TV and connecting to a different power outlet, eventually use an extension.
If still no luck, then it is usually a faulty power board.
The board gets replaced after testing the power cable.
The cable can be tested using a multimeter. Cable is unplugged and multimeter set on ohm is used on power cable, with one probe on outlet side, and one probe on TV side, for each of the two wires.
If power cable is OK replace power board.
