You can use VGA hookup, but what ever you use, make sure to set the resolution of your computer to the TV native resolution for what your TV can handle, otherwise you may see 'Resolution not supported' or something similar to that on your TV.

Can't find the DVI-D hookup on our sharp aquos 52' tv

The Sharp Aquos 52 inch model LC-52D62U doesn't seem to have a DVI-D input. Make sure your model is designed with a DVI-D input. If you provide me with your model # I'd be more than happy to find out specifically for that model.

Cable hookup broken

Sometimes you can replace the rf connector by resoldering it with a replacement rf. You will have to remove the tuner to do this. The big question is did you crack the tuner board or the board the tuner is connected to. You will really have to examine these. In most of my cases a successful replacement rf connector will fix.

I have hooked up my satellite receiver to my Dell 4100m using component cable. The picture seems weak and not very sharp. My computer hookup using a vga cable is bright and very crisp. Is there another...

First, make sure your receiver output is 1080i. This should allow for the best picture with the component cable. If you want it to be the best, switch to the M1 digital input. Note: some 4100 mp might have problems with the M1 input.

good luck
