If im not mistaken, are you using Myspace or Friendster?

it depends on the source.. locate the website address of what your'e trying to download. For example,i'm using Friendster and customizing my CSS of Kobe Bryant and im locating my layouts at is the URL)

you just have to type the URL address at the certain source.

There is a ongoing problem with software using Java. Java requires constant updating due to security issues, the software that uses Java must keep pace, often they do not. POGO games is a good example, I've found the Java version works, but when you open POGO it asked you to update Java, If you do it will not work, Go Figure? That said your MPS Rocket may be different and of course there tech support will tell you it's a Java Issue. Open Control Panel, select Java, open Java tab, view, what version are listed? Take a look at the other settings, exceptions, etc. The newest version of Java 32 or 64bit, that may be a issue, your OS is 32 or 64bit? You may have to add 32 bit Java to a 64 bit OS. It can be a bit of a handful.

Make sure you don't have any prior versions of Adobe Flash Player in your system. Look in "programs and features" and make sure. If you have prior versions, uninstall them. You have to be out of all apps when downloading, IE: Internet Explorer, MSN Messenger, some Yahoo mails, anything that accesses internet. You will be asked to allow Active X and you should get warned about things you're in that won't allow download which, you can get out of by minimizing download, getting out, then returning to download. If it's easier, save the download to file, get out of everything, then open file and download. Adobe has a pretty good help section. You will also want to have Java, if you have Java, make sure it's up to date. You can check in "control panel", click on the Java icon then the update tab. If you don't have Java, you can get it here:
Adobe's is here, just in case:

I have java downloaded but it is not listed in my internet explorer advanced settings. java is not working

is there a java entry in Control Panel?

try and reinstall it via Add/Remove programs, or download a newer version.

you might only have the development suite installed, instead of the client.

if there is Java in control panel, this should indicate it is installed.
