Pplease remember that every question you post on this website is archived and anyone else on the internet can see this information. I have already requested that the question be removed for your safety. You don't want your serial number and activation code out there for the whole world to see. As to your problem, make sure you are imputing the correct code. Copy and paste the code if it was a digital download.
All software should be bought from a legitimate vendor. Office depot, office max, Best Buy, Newegg, Amazon, or any well known website. I would never buy form an independent company. If you ever want to question a company to find out if they are legitimate or not, look around on their website. If they don't have a phone number, don't buy from them. If they DO have a phone number, then call them, tell them you have a problem with one of their products. Do this before you buy. See how much help they try to give you. This will give you some insight as to how much they will be willing to help you if and wen you decide to buy from them. In my opinion, if calling Adobe doesn't give you a good result, call your bank or credit card company and dispute the charges.

Thank you, I should have been thinking about putting the info out for everyone to see. I appreciate you taking care of that.
This was information I received from Paradox when I called them about the activation problem. They said I should call Adobe to activate?? Is this a scam or legitimate business? Curious?
I thank you for doing this. I truly appreciate you thinking of this. I certainly wasn't thinking. I am just frustrated.
