Question about ATSI Holdings Cognitive Blaster Advantage Thermal Printer (P/N BT422003-013)
Ensure that you are using original ribbons from ATS. Paper ribbons have marks at the back, and this printer will get stuck using non original ones, even if they have same size.
Ensure that ribbon has been placed on roller in the proper way and following right orientation.
Ensure that the first label in the ribbon had been inserted on the holder at the front of the printer in the right way, test ejecting one label.
Test using a different data cable (USB). If possible test the printer on a different computer.
Try disconnecting the power adapter from printer for one minutes to reset the printer, also restart the computer.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer software. Start software installation with printer USB cable not connected.
If still no luck, then the printer may be faulty. Call manufacturer at the number listed on the owner manual, or on the site below, to get further instructions, or to have the printer replaced.

Check whether the paper roller in the thermal printer is properly adjusted .also check if there is enough paper roller in the printer or it is got empty.also if there is proper paper and properly adjusted.then its a problem in fuser assembly.which actually gets heated.if the assembly gets faulty it will not get heated.so it needs replacement.get it replaced by any local printer repair shop.
