I noticed a whistling sound in my refrigerator that appeared to be coming from the freezer section. I emptied the ice maker bin which was was overflowing, do to my being away 3 weeks. The whistling sound stopped and the ice maker worked fine. One day later, we noticed the refrigerator is not cooling. We put thermometer in and it is holding steady at 50 degrees, even when turned up to 9. The freezer is starting to warm up also (25 degrees). The motor is running with no unusual sounds. Cold air is felt behind the ice bin. Lights and door water and ice dispenser works fine. Fridge is 3 years old. Please advise?

GE GSS22JFMD Side by Side Refrigerator
My refrigerator is approximatley 6 years old. the freezer is not producing ice. It's cold enough to store food for about 2 days only. the refrigerator part is barely cool, although it produces water. I hear the motor and fan running.
Ice and frost continually build up in the freezer.
I cleaned the line out. I cleaned the condenser. what could be the problem?
