My monitor keeps going blank after the computer has been switched on for a little while, it comes back on then back off on it's own accord, the green power light goes off/on too, I have tried a new power lead but this has not fixed it.

- It acts like a screen saver has kicked in. Screen just goes blank. Makes me feel like it is a heat related issue (heats up to a certain point and then shuts off). Tried the monitor on another system with the same results.- WVBobT
