Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Providing that the motherboard has not suffered any electrical shock and is still ok here are a few things to do
first remove the power cord from the computer and try to power it up if nothing than find the reset switch on the back of the computer and use a small object to press in on the button and hold it there for 1 minute than replace the power cord and try to start it up if still nothing
once again remove the power cord and than remove the battery and press ibn the reset button for 20 seconds then plug in the power cord and try to restart the computer if it now starts your problems is with the battery it may have dirt in the connection terminals on either the battery or the computer use a q-tip and some rubbing alcohol and clean these really good and let dry and inspect the terminals really good to see if they are loose ok
I hope that this has helped please keep me informed o nthis there is still a lot more that i can tell you if needed
best regards michael
