Question about Apple Audio Players & Recorders
This can be caused by corrupt media files being put on your itouch, or by not having the right format of song.Make sure you got all your songs from itunes, or at least had itunes convert all your music before you put it on. Try restoring your unit through itunes, and see if this fixes your problem. If none of these fix your problem it can be a system board issue.Contact Apple to see if your unit is under warranty with this site: https://selfsolve.apple.com/GetWarranty.do
The serial number can be found on the back toward the bottom of the unit.
