1. just Use heat sink on CPU in the middel of cpu processor and processor fan.
2.just try to reinstall your os.

Overheating can cause "freezing" -- did the repair-shop used compressed-air to blow-out a bunch of dust & dirt ?
Rather than discarding the computer, take the "System Restore" CD-ROM that was originally shipped with the computer, and reinstall Windows. If you have lost those disks, contact Sony, and order a replacement CD-ROM.
Then, install a good, free, anti-virus product, e.g., "Microsoft Security Essentials":
