I received a Sweet-peace newborn swing and the A/C plug is pushed in. Is there a way to retrieve it? How hard will it be to take the swing apart and retrieve the plug? You can reach me at my e-mail at: Thank you for your time.

I just had the plug move inside. It looks like the base is not meant to be taken apart. There is plastic locks inside to hold the pieces together, with no access to. Also rivets instead of screws. How do I know? I cut a square hole in the bottom with a dremel tool. Small enough to use my finger to reposition the power plug, and a small screwdriver on the outside to help position it in place.

From looking at the bottom, with the oval base facing away, I cut the hole on the right side of the two pieces on the other side of the long ribbed foot (The side towards the oval base). I was lucky, as that is where the wires to the switch are also and did not cut them. If you cut a hole, I would use the left side. Also be safe to keep particles from falling in. There are a lot of gears with grease on them. So if large plastic pieces fall in, that is another job to get them out. Once I decided to cut a hole, it took me 15 minutes to cut the hole and reposition the power plug. It helps being an engineer.

Is this buggy suitible for twin newborns

Graco states that it is for 6-36 months. It is unclear how far the seats recline (though they are multi-position recline), so if they don't lay flat, it really isn't ideal for newborns.

I have a sweetpeace soothing centre I picked up the wrong adapter and plugged it in. I think I must of blow the motor. could that be possible. the adapter I plugged into it was a input 120V. output 16Vdc....

what is the device rated at? ( not the adapter ) there should be a sticker on the unit giving the input voltage.
hmm, i think you have been a bit unlucky, as most items have different size connectors.
