Wyse Terminal
I have an old Wyse (WY 60) terminal installed as an elevator control monitor. This unit was recently replaced with a rebuild (by elevator contractor) and everything seems to work however, I cannot get reports to print. Info can be viewed on screen so it is being collected. I suspect problem is in user configuration settings but don't know enough to determine what to change.

Do you have a print screen button, sometimes abbreviated PrtScr on the keytops. I would get the contractor back on site and have them setup the machine so you can print, they left the job unfinished and I would emphasize that when you call back.
