My phone is new. My screen started freezing now and then. Then the inside screen turned white and the outside blue. A week later the outside screen shows again but the inside screen is still white. Any help on how i can fix this?

Hello if you want you could get it repaired or type *#8999234*348# it restarts inside the phone so u will lose all your data on phone like games music pictures videos and phone book but it will fix it or pay $80 dollars for new screen if you want more help my email is firstname.lastname@example.org and i fix phones all time i fix them my self pay $80 or come to me ill fix it for $25 plus warranty if it stuffs again. The white on screen means it forgot what was happening and just froze white and restarting by the code, Not just turning it of by holding red button, full restart by typing the code in the call screen any more worries about mobiles send me a email.
I use to work for Cingular Wireless and this happened often.
Try opening and closing the handset a little forcefully. It should re-seat the screen onto the contacts.
If that doesnt help, have it replaced since its new.
Best of Luck.
I had this problem too. My razrs screen would just go white every 15 minutes maybe, and i would have to turn it off and back on.There was a white line at the bottom of the screen also, so i went to http://direct.motorola.com/hellomoto/motosupport/source/SoftwareUpdateSummary.asp?country=&language=&web_page_name=SUPPORT&strCarrierId=US%20Cellular&strPhone=V3c&strCable=Mini%20USB%20Data%20Cable
and downloaded thee software update.
after it was finished the white line went away
the screen never went white and it fixed everything
I have the same problem with my z3. I left my phone on the table, and all of a sudden, my normal screen was replaced by a flashing white screen. I called T-Mobile, and they had me try to reset the phone. You can do this by going to settings, then Master Reset. This will restore the original settings, and the rep said that sometimes this helps. Master Clear is the next step, which wipes everything off the phone. Nothing has worked for my phone, so I have to call Motorola today to try and get a new one. Good luck with your phone.
