Re:cq-vd5505w spare parts

hi my name is Tony aka mr nissan i live in queensland Australia i have the above mentioned av unit the big problem i have is that i let a tosser of an installer put in my dvd unit into my car and whilst putting it in he cracked the screen now bieng a touchscreen its glass which sits in front of the lcd screen so i found a panasonic authorised repairer quoted him the model number of the unit and specified in great detail the part i needed and because i work for an electrical wholesaler i got it through the company so anxiously i wait and the day i get it i find its not the glass touchscreen but the lcd screen that sits behind to cut a long story short i'm after the actual part number or a spare parts manual to get the part number i need to tell the technicians so i can get it replaced pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeese help me
