Hanspree 32" television

I find that it does not matter in which picture mode I set the set at, on a number of occasions when there is printing on the screen the last one or two letters are lost from each side.
How do I alter the screen to include the full picture, please ?

MasterHi, You may need to calibrate the screen size. That can be found in the menu under set up. Hope this helped. Jay
